Leadership Forum – Strengthen Your Leadership Style using Empathic Leadership and Everything DiSC®

Welcome back Tricia Perkins, Senior Strategic HR Advisor, and Jane Clark, Attorney, from Lake Effect HR & Law, LLC.

Working during a crisis presents many challenges – jobs change, the goals shift, your work site might be closed, childcare might not be available, and the emotional and mental stress weighs on everyone.

Still, managing performance remains imperative. In two sessions with Lake Effect HR & Law, we will discuss how to effectively and compassionately manage performance while taking into account the challenges during a crisis and learn the latest changes in employment law.

Registration Fees:

Fox Valley Area Nonprofits: free
Green Bay, Oshkosh and other nonprofits: $20 per participant*

Registration fee is for both sessions and is nonrefundable due to cancellation or no-show. Session recording will be sent to all registered participants.
