In this two-session, one-hour webinar series Mary Stelletello, Vista Global Consulting, will give board members and staff the building blocks they need to develop a relationship of mutual trust and communication. Flexibility is key but grounding the relationship with knowledge of basic governance and understanding of respective roles and expectations will help nonprofit boards and staff get on the same page of who is responsible for what.

Fox Valley Area Nonprofits: Free
Green Bay, Oshkosh and other nonprofits outside the Fox Valley: $20 per participant; fee remains $20 regardless of number of sessions attended.

Mary is known for her depth of understanding of “walking in the shoes” of CEOs and board leaders. She is an enthusiastic presenter that will give you the tools you need to build an effective board-staff partnership.

She has traveled to more than 25 different countries on six continents. Active in community service, Mary has served on many nonprofit boards throughout her career. She currently serves as co-chair of B Local Wisconsin and as a board member of Puente a la Salud Comunitaria in Oaxaca, Mexico.In July 2013, she was named BoardSource Board Member of the Month for her service with Amigos de las Americas. Other accomplishments include an International Fellowship in Community Development sponsored by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and participation in the Salzburg Seminar in Austria on the topic of Engaging Youth in Community Development.
In addition, Mary is a contributor to The Leadership Challenge Activities Book, by James Kouzes and Barry Posner. Mary is a member of the WBECS Social Impact Coaching Community of Practice. Mary holds a MA in Latin American Studies and an MBA in International Management from the University of New Mexico. She received a BA in Political Economics with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley. She is fluent in Spanish and speaks some Portuguese. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis and biking with her husband, Andy.
