Nonprofit Leadership Initiative (NPLI) is a program of the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region and utilizes the Community Foundation’s professional services and staff.
We appreciate your interest in partnering with the Nonprofit Leadership Initiative (NPLI) to support the growth and development of nonprofit leaders in the greater Fox Valley region. Our facilitators play a vital role in delivering high-quality, relevant learning experiences that strengthen organizations and the communities they serve.
To ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with community needs, NPLI uses a formal Request for Proposals (RFP) process to select facilitators for our learning opportunities. This process helps us:

Even if we do not have an active RFP that matches your topic right now, we welcome submissions from facilitators who have ideas for future learning sessions.

Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis and kept on file for future opportunities. While we may not be able to respond to every submission immediately, we appreciate your interest in supporting the nonprofit community through NPLI.
