Nonprofit leaders are lifelong learners, and Leadership Forums provide opportunities to learn about emerging issues and build connections through networking to deepen knowledge on various topics to implement positive change within organizations.

Program Overview

A professional networking forum provided in a half-day training session
For leaders to deepen their knowledge on various topics so they can implement positive change within their organization.
Forums are facilitated by subject matter experts, and topics are selected based on requests from nonprofit leaders.
Session topics have included human resources, finance, fundraising, board development, and marketing.

Participants

Nonprofit staff, board members, and volunteers are welcome to attend.

Cost

Our half-day Leadership Forums are available to nonprofit organizations within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region’s service area for a fee of $25. The Nonprofit Leadership Initiative (NPLI), a program within the Community Foundation, serves the same geographic area—including Calumet, Outagamie, Shawano, and Waupaca counties, as well as the Neenah-Menasha portion of Winnebago County.

This reduced fee is made possible through the support and generosity of NPLI’s donors.

Nonprofit leaders located outside of our service area (Oshkosh, Green Bay, etc.) are welcome to attend for a slightly increased fee of $35.

All registration fees help cover the cost of presenters and refreshments.

Please note: Most sessions will not be recorded due to the sensitive and interactive nature of the content. If a session will be recorded, participants will be notified in advance.
