Leader Roundtables

Whether you are a nonprofit Executive Director or a Board Member, leading your nonprofit can be rewarding and often challenging. Leader Roundtables give you dedicated time to ask questions, discuss topics critical to effective leadership, and knowledge exchange with fellow peers in a facilitated small-group discussion format.

Program Overview

Each free 90-minute session is limited to 30 participants to encourage discussion and the opportunity to connect with other nonprofit community members.
Roundtables begin with a facilitator introducing the topic and sharing best practices based on their experience.
Sessions also include small group networking opportunities and plenty of time for participants to ask questions and share challenges and successes, so participants can learn from each other.

Participants

Nonprofit staff and board members within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region service area.

Note: If you are outside of the service region you may be placed on a waitlist until a spot becomes available.
